資料刪除說明Data Deletion Instructions
如果您曾透過 Facebook Messenger 或 Instagram 與使用 Fly up 服務的商家聯繫，並希望我們刪除相關資料，請依下列方式提出。
If you have contacted a business using Fly up via Facebook Messenger or Instagram and wish to have your data deleted, please follow the steps below.
如何提出刪除要求 How to request deletion
- 來信至 privacy@getflyup.com，主旨請註明「資料刪除要求 / Data Deletion Request」。
- 信中請提供：您聯繫的商家名稱或粉絲專頁名稱、您使用的平台（Facebook 或 Instagram）、以及大約的聯繫時間。這些資訊用於定位您的紀錄，我們不會要求您提供身分證件。
- 我們會在收到後三十日內完成處理，並回信告知結果。
Email privacy@getflyup.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the business or Page name you contacted, the platform used (Facebook or Instagram), and roughly when you contacted them. We will complete the request and reply within thirty days. We will not ask you for government-issued identification.
刪除的範圍 What gets deleted
- 您與該商家之間，由本服務保存的對話內容
- 您主動提供的聯絡資訊（如電話號碼）
- 與您相關的客戶紀錄
Conversation content retained by our service, contact information you provided, and the associated customer record.
即使未提出刪除要求，一般客服對話亦會依隱私權政策所定期間（預設自最後互動起 12 個月）屆滿後刪除或作不可逆之去識別化。
Even without a deletion request, ordinary conversations are deleted or irreversibly de-identified upon expiry of the retention period set out in our Privacy Policy (by default, 12 months from the last interaction).
我們無法代為刪除的部分 What we cannot delete
本公司僅為受業主委託之處理者。以下不在本公司可刪除之範圍：
- Meta 平台上的訊息紀錄。該紀錄由 Meta 及商家的收件匣保存，請直接於 Facebook 或 Instagram 中刪除，或聯繫該商家。
- 商家自行留存的紀錄。例如其自有的客戶名單或紙本，請直接向該商家提出。
- 法令要求保存之紀錄。例如與交易、帳務或稅務相關而依法應保存之紀錄，將於法定保存期間屆滿後刪除。
We act as a processor on behalf of Owners. Message records held on Meta's platform, records the Owner keeps independently, and records we are legally required to retain (e.g. transaction, accounting, or tax records, which are deleted after the statutory retention period) are outside what we can delete on your behalf.
其他資料權利 Other data rights
除刪除外，您亦得要求查詢、閱覽、複製、補充或更正您的個人資料，或要求停止蒐集、處理及利用。請以相同方式來信提出。詳見隱私權政策。
